I feel so unfit. I haven’t exercised in years. Can I still do this?

Yes, absolutely! No one is too unfit or too overweight to start getting healthier.

But, be smart about it. If you are a true beginner, or you’re getting back into fitness after a long break, let me know. I can determine a logical starting point for your exercise program and teach you how to identify the healthy pain of muscle fatigue from the unhealthy pain of muscle strain. Also consider speaking with your physician about the workout and your progress.  Open communication is key for beginners preventing injuries and keeping to a healthy pace.

Internet is full of free workouts then why to train online ?

Individualised online personal training is like getting a suit tailored for you as it is designed specifically for you; the beauty of online personal training is its accessibility to people like you whom i can’t train physically one to one. Everything is bespoke with this type of online personal training, specifically created for your own unique set of circumstances and goals which the free workouts doesn’t provide as they are made for a general population

Do I need to join a gym ?

It’s not a compulsion to join a gym,If you happen to go to a Gym then The Workouts will be made according to the equipments available in your gym.

Can I Workout at Home ?

Absolutely, You can workout at home with the minimum of equipments.

What kind of equipment will I need for these sessions ? If so, how much investment am I looking at.

We need Minimum of the following equipment:
A mat , 1 to 5 kgs dumbbells ,Thera bands , ankle weights , stepper and a medicine ball (3 kgs) which costs around 6-10 k
For more Advance level workout, we will need a TRX , BOSU  which costs around Rs.25,000 – 35,000

What about my injuries?

If you have any new or recurring, old injury, don’t worry as the workouts start with the easiest way to perform the exercise. Don’t let injuries keep you from working out – there’s always something you can do! Keep a proactive mindset and a positive attitude, and anything is possible!

Who CAN’T do Online Training ?

If you have a serious health condition or physical injury, chat with your physician or me beforehand. Most likely, you can exercise and train hard, but some modifications might be necessary.

How do I check form in some exercises ?

You have an option to make a video of you doing a particular exercise and then I can give my feedback.

What sort of results can I expect?

The most common goal is weight loss, and most people are quite happy with the amount of weight they lose when they follow the program.You’ve probably heard this before, but it bears repeating: muscle weighs more than fat… Well, technically it doesn’t. A pound is a pound. A kilo is a kilo. The difference is that muscle is denser than fat, which means it takes up a heck of a lot less space! So the numbers on the scale will probably change, but the thing you’ll really notice changing is your body shape. You will also see an increase in strength, finding many things much easier – increases in your energy level, endurance, and overall fitness level.

Beyond physical results, what I really hope you’ll notice is a shift in your mindset: moving away from eating unhealthy food daily, and towards craving healthy food as clean fuel for your body. Starting to see each workout not as a chore to be crossed off a list, but rather a chance to take care of and tune up the most important machine you have – your body.
